After successfully completing his graduate studies at the Goethe University in Frankfurt, Michael Rausch started his professional career in February 2010 at an international recruitment consulting group. Initially, he developed his own client and candidate base in the finance and accounting sector. During the last three years with this company, in addition to his operational role as a recruitment consultant, he led a team of six people responsible for recruiting professionals and executives in the financial sector in southern Germany. After more than six successful years in this role, he joined Fricke Finance & Legal in September 2016 and has been a partner since January 2023.
