Michael Kassabalis studied law in Würzburg and Bristol (England). He also holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree. After graduating from law school, he worked as a lawyer for several years in various positions, including a large international law firm and a boutique law firm specialising in labour law, where he also earned the title of specialist in labour law.

He then went on to work for a renowned Recruitment consultancy, where he mainly filled law firm and in-house vacancies and further developed his legal network. Since November 2022, Michael Kassabalis has been a manager at Fricke Finance & Legal, where he specialises in the recruitment of legal positions.
