Wenzel Kubitza successfully completed his degree in economics at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz.

At the beginning of his professional career, he gained several years of valuable experience in a renowned executive search boutique in the field of finance and accounting. During this time, he also expanded his expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development at the University of Kaiserslautern.

In 2015, Wenzel Kubitza decided to take his career in a new direction by joining a leading international legal recruitment consultancy. There, he distinguished himself through his ability to successfully support his clients in strategic recruitment decisions and to advise lawyers of various levels of experience in their professional development. Since May 2024, Wenzel Kubitza has been working as a manager at Fricke Finance & Legal, where he mainly fills law firm and in-house positions.
