After completing his vocational training at a universal bank, Mario Barisic was responsible for managing a client portfolio consisting of small-cap and mid-cap companies. After five years in this role, he joined an international financial institution where he focused on origination and relationship management for a client portfolio consisting of mid-cap and large-cap companies.

At the same time, Mario Barisic also successfully completed theoretical training at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is also a certified M&A professional.

Mario Barisic gained his first experience in recruiting at a company that focused on investment banking & corporate finance. Since April 2018, Mario Barisic has been a senior manager at Fricke Finance & Legal.
