Christiane Schuster began her professional career at a well-known company in the aviation industry after completing a sound commercial apprenticeship and qualifying as a foreign language correspondent. There she took on the role of Assistant to the Head of Controlling, which laid the foundation for her career in the corporate world.

In 2001, Christiane Schuster decided to switch into the field of recruitment. As a research consultant for a renowned executive search boutique in the field of finance and accounting, she was able to further expand her expertise and demonstrate her skills in identifying and approaching executives.

At the beginning of 2015, she took the plunge and joined an international executive search consultancy. There, she not only worked as a researcher for several consultants, but also took on the position of management assistant for four years. This varied experience enabled her to further refine her organisational and strategic skills.

Christiane Schuster has been a Senior Associate Research & Project Management at Fricke Finance & Legal since March 2025.
