During and after his legal training, Daniel Schüßler gained work experience in a law firm as well as in-house. In 2016, he joined a large internationally operating recruitment consulting group, where he focused on filling vacancies in law firms and established a lawyer network. He was very successful in this role and was eventually promoted to team leader. In July 2021, Daniel Schüßler joined Fricke Finance & Legal, filling both in-house and law firm positions and he has been a partner since July 2025.
